During this presentation, you will learn about humans' general response patterns to trauma. You will then learn about the specific ways that financial trauma can show up in your financial lives.

With an understanding of trauma and financial trauma, you will then learn a few exercises that you can use as part of healing from your financial trauma. Healing financial trauma is not a single exercise or activity it is an ongoing process, and you will leave this presentation with hope and encouragement that you can, over time, work through your financial trauma and develop a healthier relationship with money.
